What We Require From You

Income & Outgoings

  • 3 months bank statements (most recent)
  • Employed - 2 recent pay slips
  • Self-employed - Most recent set of accounts and latest tax returns OR Notice of self-assessment

Credit Check

  • We will look at your credit file together. You will require access to your credit file.
  • i.e. Clear score, Credit Karma. This is done via a zoom call or an office appointment.
  • Don’t worry, we know you are more than your credit score.

Identification

  • Photo ID – Drivers License/Passport
  • Proof of Address – Utility Bill/Bank Statement dated within the last 3 months

Please note: if you do not meet the repayments on your loan, your account will go into arrears. This may affect your credit rating, which may limit your ability to access credit in the future.
